| Keronite technology
was transferred from Russia to the UK in 1998
when a new company was set up in the Isle
of Man and the intellectual property relating
to PEO technology assigned to it. A local
technology incubator company, now Flintstone
Technology plc, funded the further development
of the process, ensuring that it could be
scaled up successfully and become cost effective
on a commercial basis.
Keronite International Ltd was incorporated in March
2000 as a limited company in England and
Wales (company number 3946660). Following
a successful fundraising, the company established
its international headquarters at Granta
Park, Cambridge, UK from where it still
operates today. In October 2005, the holding company Keronite PLC was constituted in anticipation of the planned market flotation. |
| Today the company remains privately funded after a pre-IPO private placing which raised £10 million and created a well-balanced short register which includes Hotbed business angels, Bank of Scotland Equity Growth, RAB Capital Quester, Fidelity and New Star alongside many individual shareholders and the board. It is the intention to take the company to AIM in future, and advisers including brokers and nomad have been appointed accordingly. |

| As a new technology company, Keronite has experienced losses to date but anticipates moving into profit in 2008. The company will continue to invest in further research and technical development and in the marketing of the Keronite technology on an international basis. The August 2006 private placing provides a sound financial basis to underpin the company's ambitious growth plans. |

employs around 30 people across Europe, North
America and Asia, and together with a growing
network of experienced partners and strategically-located
production facilities. |
