Manage Outsourcing
Keronite is the most widely distributed technology of its type with installations in eleven different countries and capabilities from small scale specialist production through to fully automated large part treatment with a full suite of pre and post treatment options.
Keronite has specifically configured its own service centres in Europe, North America and Asia to supplement the capabilities of the Technology Centre and the company's UK Headquarters. These service centres offer customers flexible access to the technology where their own strategy or volume requirements mean they do not want to take on the technology in-house. Often however, the supply chain demands the sort of ultra-fast turnaround that a facility half a continent away simply cannot provide. The Keronite partner network extends access to the technology providing the potential for more local supply. Many of these license partners also operate a wide range of other surface treatment technologies, often providing customers with a "one stop shop" capability.
Our experience shows that access to this network usually works most successfully when the customer has also had access to the Technology Centre to ensure the applications requirements have been thoroughly evaluated against the full range of technology options that are currently available. One of the strategic commitments that Keronite makes to its customers and to the technology is to continue to improve and develop the process around the needs of specific customers and our target markets. While we endeavour to ensure our license partners have all of the appropriate upgrades it is not feasible to make all of the capabilities available to all licensees all of the time. Where a specific customer's requirements are unable to be met at a license partner who would otherwise form the most appropriate supply chain option, Keronite will endeavour to ensure that the appropriate program regimes and electrolytes are available to the partner on a commercial basis, within the limits of the technology version that the licensee has installed.
