Service Options

The key to a customer's relationship with Keronite is flexibility.  We have carefully engineered our technology to create the widest possible range of options for customers wishing to access the benefits delivered by the Keronite system.

First and foremost we need to ensure that this is the right technology to serve your needs.  Keronite is a highly capable surface treatment technology that allows a large range of performance characteristics to be optimized.  This requires a thorough understanding of your application to ensure the right choices are made to deliver a total service solution for your application.

The most effective way to ensure adequate application engineering is performed is to engage with the Cambridge Technology Centre, though each of the service centres and our alliance partners have some capability to do local development, generally for more straightforward applications or for those where there are already proven applications in the field.  Once the application has been adequately understood, the right process choices can be made and the deployment options open up.

The Keronite Service Centres in Europe, North America and Asia have been developed specifically to support the work generated from the Cambridge Technology Centre.  In addition Keronite, can manage the process of outsourcing your needs to one of our alliance partners, where this is the solution that best suits your supply chain.  For larger applications there is always the opportunity to deploy our technology and provide licenses for others to operate the equipment.  We design and build our own equipment as well as formulating and manufacturing our own electrolyte.  When Keronite technology is deployed in the field this may be at the premises of a customer for them to operate themselves or it may be to establish a new licensee, local to the customer in order to optimize the supply chain but geared specifically to meet the needs of that customer.  The equipment can also be deployed at our own facilities, creating a cellular manufacturing approach where specific pieces of equipment or entire systems can be "ring fenced" within one of our facilities, creating for the customer the access to the capacity usually associated with an in house capability and with all of the inherent benefits of the technology being operated by the originators.
