Read the latest Nick is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder at Azini Capital Partners LLP. He has a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering (M.Eng) from the University of Bristol. Since, has accumulated experience in product management, business development, general management and senior leadership positions.
Matt Joined Keronite in October 2013. He started his career in the automotive sector working for leading OEMs responsible for key account management and business relationships. More recently Matt has worked in the aerospace sector where he has held several senior management positions with global responsibility for multi-site sales and commercial functions.
Dr. Robin Francis is Chief Technical Officer and is responsible for leading Keronite’s technology development programs. Robin is a chemist and materials scientist by training and holds a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Oxford. Prior to joining Keronite Robin held a number of senior roles in technology companies including as the CTO of a fuel cell developer and the interim CEO of carbon capture start-up. Robin has also held senior roles in strategy consulting at Arthur D. Little and Sagentia where he focused on innovation and growth strategies.
John brings a track record of managing and implementing successful continuous manufacturing improvements with him to Keronite. In his previous role, John was responsible for multiple operations departments and managed a team to drive operational excellence.
Most recently, John headed operations at a leading coating company for anticorrosive pretreatments and powder coatings. Throughout his time at the company, he reduced lead times by more than 20% and improved Lean 6S manufacturing adherence to more than 70%.
Ian Joined Keronite in November 2012. He is a Chartered Management Accountant and has a 1st Class degree in Accounting & Finance from Nottingham Trent University. He has spent his career in manufacturing business finance, initially with Courtaulds Textiles PLC including positions in France, Spain and the USA. Ian was also the FD in a management team that completed the sale of a private food service company to a PLC and set up the finance and admin operations from scratch for a start-up distribution subsidiary.
